There are not many wharehouses left in Shoreditch that haven't been tarted up, revamped, converted or just plain knocked down and rebuilt to accommodate the needs of the modern world.  This one still has it's hoist and shutters.

Spring is supposed to start on March 2nd.  So far it's been bitterly cold, winter is not giving up without a struggle.  This is the evening before the second wave of snow.

There is only one cyclist waiting, and place looks deserted, peaceful even.  For a split second, when the shutter clicked.  However put all those seconds together in minutes and the reality is very different.  Crowded pavements and a stream of traffic.

It's the train sheds, just outside the station, with a train waiting to be cleaned, serviced or simply tucked up for the night.
